Be serious, please. The legitimate government of Ukraine was taken down by Obama and his administration with another "peoples revolution". After the same plan worked in Egypt, Lybia, Tunisia, etc. However it didn't work so well with Ukraine and Syria, because we've had enough of your aggression. Just so people know, the Rasmussen poll is a known joke. I remember them from last election. Trump supporters will be holding their hope on Rasmussen, then Trump will get crushed. Then they will cry about that poll.

Sadly, you are probably right. Roosevelt, despite his fascist tendencies and complete destruction of the economy, is remembered as one of the best presidents. People don't care about history, they care about what looks good on a t-shirt. That's why the Che Guevara image is so loved.
Obama may be just as common on t-shirts, but probably only 1 in 100 people will be able to accurately explain what he did. More than half probably won't even know he was president once.
