Duerte is radical, but that behavior scares you and many, that’s the simple idea. People capable of a small amount of critical thinking will think twice before becoming a dealer. Drug dealers kill more people than terrorists.

Radical ? More than 7000 people have died as a result of his shoot first and don't ask questions policy, among which lots of innocent people caught in the crossfire. This is more like a war on the poor than a war on drugs. But he's a man highly regarded by 45.
And Duerte behaves like a complete despot in all aspects. I'm not sure you want to live under his rule.
Governments kill more people than terrorists or drug dealers. He withdrew his country from the ICJ for good reason.

Seriously? This story "reportedly" based on a transcript of a call obtained by the NY times? How does this equate to overthrowing two other equal branches of Gov, destroying the constitution and bill of rights?

Alarming the ACLU, Human Rights watch, etc, must be doing something that 50% of people agree with.

I am perfectly aware that the situation in other countries isn't any better. However that doesn't mean the US will be the last to fall. And the dominance of the USD is drawing to an end. A US default will have massive repercussions globally.
