It's an edited video, it does look creepy. But where are the links to the accusations?

It's interesting you guys hear Biden 2020 and come up with this but the problem is, you elected Trump.

I don't think he will run, he's 74 already. Should have ran last election. Sanders 76, Trump 71, Clinton 70. Biden would have wiped Trump if he did/does. But Trump probably won't run in 2020 for fear of losing. He's way too soft.
