So apparently the state of New York sent supplies and some power company engineers to Puerto Rico to assess their power grid outage. FEMA is getting supplies to them, Is their power situation being addressed nationally too?

All I'm hearing out of POTUS is that he was at a campaign rally using very inappropriate language about someone for expressing their first amendment rights and complaining that trying to prevent brain damage was ruining a spectator sport. Is he planning to tour the damage? Is he getting more power crews out there? Can anyone point me to an official statement on that?

Trump is busy with sports today, going at NFL, NBA

Going to the White House is considered a great honor for a championship team.Stephen Curry is hesitating, therefore invitation is withdrawn!

If a player wants the privilege of making millions of dollars in the NFL,or other leagues, he or she should not be allowed to disrespect....

...our Great American Flag (or Country) and should stand for the National Anthem. If not, YOU'RE FIRED. Find something else to do!

I'm not a fan of the original act, but I'm less of a fan of the POTUS' vehement attack on his first amendment rights. If NFL wants certain behavior, that's understandable, and it should be in their contract - then he would be In breach of the contract and they would be totally justified in firing him. No gray area.

He seems more outraged about this than about some Nazis marching and shouting hate slogans...

There's absolutely no excuse for a POTUS to publically call an American citizen a son of a b*tch. None.

If a person wants the privilege of serving as president, they should not be allowed to disrespect the citizens they serve.

Many NFL Players Kneel During Anthem before London Game

So these athletes want to express their right to free speech and let everyone know their opinion about everything, by kneeling, but they are against Trump doing the same thing?

Trump is simply saying what most people are thinking TRUMP has every right to express his opinion.

Remember when the leader of the Take a Knee movement Colin Krappernick was seen numerous times wearing socks depicting police as pigs.

He has the right to protest and so has Trump to criticize him and others for their selfish actions.

1 - yes, he has every right to express his opinion ...to his friends, family, etc. However in his role as POTUS when he speaks in public he's representing his office. Totally inappropriate to disrespect the constitution and the people you serve.

2- its not what "most people" are thinking.

Technically, "taking a knee" is not defined as disrespecting the flag. There are lots of things which ARE defined as disrespect (US Flag code, section 8) which get a pass every day - Using it in advertising and clothing, for example.

As I pointed out earlier, if the NFL wants to disallow it, write it into the contracts.

President Trump demeans his office and further divided the country with his "SOB" speech. Fine talk for the golf course, not the podium of the POTUS.

#1A rights often applied inconsistently based on our point of view.

Hundreds of Illegal Voters Revealed in Philadelphia
http://dailysignal.com/2017/09/24/hundreds-of-illegal-voters-revealed-in-philadelphia/

TL;DR:
"hundreds of individuals who are not U.S. citizens have registered to vote in Philadelphia and nearly half of them voted in past elections"

"six-month review of New Jersey voter registrations. It found that 616 noncitizens registered to vote, 76 percent of whom admitted their noncitizenship status at the outset."

Democrats insist it was all a mistake, and you're probably racist.

What are the chances democrats have a "national conversation" about why Kaepernick took a knee in the first place or just complain about President Trump?

"In 2013, Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall was fined $5,250 for wearing green shoes in honor of Mental Health Awareness week, which was especially poignant because Marshall himself suffered from Borderline Personality Disorder"

"Another Steelers player, William Gay, was fined $5,787 in 2015 for wearing purple cleats to bring attention to domestic violence. Gay’s action was also moving because his mother was killed in an act of domestic violence."

"The Steelers’ Cameron Heyward was fined for wearing eye black to honor his father, Craig "Iron Head" Heyward, who died of bone cancer in 2006."

But kneeling for the national anthem is OK? I'm glad Trump was Politically Incorrect and spoke up on this subject. Many love him for it... including me.

"In 2013, Chicago Bears .

NFL also threatened players for supporting 9/11 and murdered police.

NFL management is afraid of race baiters but this is President's Trumps fault. He chose to make it a bigger issue by using a slur from his podium. We don't have enough chaos going on..

It deserves to be a national conversation..

I agree.

Kapernick and his girl friend are not only racist, they are anti-American Marxist.

Police brutality is a real problem but when you hold up criminals like Mike Brown and heroin dealers as victims of white supremacy in the police department, it's hard to take you them seriously.

He's just talking about the anthem today, nothing else - https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump

Not taking about recovery efforts in Texas, Florida, no Puerto Rico, nothing about North Korea, health care etc. I think him and the guy from North Korea share a lot of values, control the people, dictator type.

Let's get something straight. Protesting police brutality and a racial criminal justice system by peacefully kneeling during the National Anthem is not unpatriotic. In fact it's the exact opposite. These Athletes are simply demonstrating their concern for a broken system, legally and via their rights under the US Constitution.

When you challenge people to live up the ideals of our Country, which our Flag represents, you are honoring our Flag.

The train wreck in the White House is simply attempting to hijack the conversation on racism and violence in America in order to please their base, which is all they have left.

Orwellian doublespeak is rampant in this White House, ask your self why they feel the need to employ it in the first place.

Body Language Experts Explain Prince Harry’s Strange Pose With Melania Trump

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry...rump-hand-gesture_us_59c90057e4b01cc57ff3975a
“This is called the horn or the devil’s horn, and what people are saying in the media about it is not correct,” she said. “It is not a sign that he’s the devil, but rather a warning off of evil spirits. It’s a protective gesture against evil or darkness and illness.”

So what the Trump and Melania hating HufinandPuffinPost is saying, is that Melania is an evil spirit?
