Yup, some people have no spinebone really, they hesitate to speak up after receiving death threats and being at the center of massive controversy.

They do, you do. Their right.
It simply means 75 women have not been raped by K. This is not proof, but a testimony. Weinstein did not rape any woman he met with either. Does that mean he did nothing wrong ?

Suddenly your interested in proof? This is a b/s argument and proves the damage done to BK's reputation. He will ever be an accused person with no-way to prove his innocence.

You don't care about the truth, only the accuser b/c you feel some sympathy for her. There isn't even a circumstantial case against Kavanaugh.

You said Ford is a liar, so I take it you're not even interested in whether she is telling the truth or not, you have already decided what the truth should be.

If you cared about the truth, you would be demanding Ford testify or give a statement to the Judiciary Committee.

Seriously ? Then more women should be doing it. Maybe they should be grateful to the abusers for propping up their careers.


If you were born a woman your outlook would be very different, I guarantee that. You would see the world in a different light. My life experience is quite different than yours. Maybe you lack a little something that is called empathy.

Before #Metoo, everybody spoke highly of men who are now disgraced. Perception and truth are different things. But it's like almost nothing has changed. In fact it's worse, we now have a groper in chief leading by example.


At the same time, alleged victims have the right to demand a minimum of consideration.
The majority of rapes are not reported, ever wonder why ? It's already hard enough to confront the abuser, but the worst is having to deal with the crowd and social pressure. I think the worst is 'male' solidarity. Too many men seem to think that holding an abuser accountable is an attack against all of them, and that it is their duty to help each other and suppress inconvenient voices.

That's a lot of emotions and opinion. I'm interested in facts regarding CB Ford and B Kavanaugh.

In the kavanaugh case Fords word carries more weight for me because of the voluntary polygraph, the first mention of the incident long before the SCOTUS nomination, and the willingness to have FBI investigate. Kavanaugh loses points with me because of his reluctance to have an investigation that could clear him completely and seeming TOO prepared for this to come up. The list of 65 women was produced awfully quickly, and having that lineup of 15 yr old girls he coached sitting behind him at the hearing - that was theater. Framing an impression for a reason.

He has also been caught lying before. That concerns me.

I’m strongly in favor of an investigation and have been all along. This is too important a position - an appointment that will affect a generation or two- not to do our best to get it right.

They have other candidates, hopefully with less baggage. Among other things, skeletons in the closet raise the possibility of blackmail in the future.

Four people were shot dead including the shooter who took her own life at a Maryland Rite Aid distribution center this week. Three others were wounded.

The 26-year-old shooter Snochia Moseley was a temporary Rite Aid employee and described as a typically “nice” person. Her motive for the shooting remains unknown.

Mike Carrre, an employee who works next door at a furniture distribution company said she came in to work in a bad mood and then started shooting.

This was the second mass shooting in Maryland this year. In June Jarrod Ramos killed five people and injured several others at the Capital Gazette in Annapolis, Maryland. The story made headlines for several days. Several far left hacks blamed Trump for the shooting despite the fact that Ramos had an ongoing feud with the paper for several years.
