I thought you guys had all gone on to discussing trading, and here you come with the most interesting question of all: What the hell is Telnic doing, not getting the registrars to fix their processes for .tel?
Let me tell you story.
A long time ago in a galaxy far away, there lived the greatest hunters to ever walk the planet Lygaphon XIV, always unerringly, day after day, returning to their wives and children with the succulent carcasses of spotted white hexapumas.
One day this weird scrawny kid came to the leader and said to him:
"hey boss, why are we wasting time running after the food? let's make it come to us and grow it"
The fearless leader took one good look at him, laughed heartily, and answered:
"oh yeah? Good luck, boy. Come back when you've got something to show me, otherwise stop dreaming"
The kid was proud, and decided he'd still go ahead, so he went to some of the strongest hunters and asked them if they could give him an hour of their time every day, since they were so good that by middle afternoon they were twiddling their thumbs and getting drunk on Long Lygaphon Iced Mint. Well the kid was persuasive, and the hunters were a nice bunch, and shrugged and said why not, a bit of work on the side can't be bad.
So for an hour a day, they plowed fields and built fences and started setting up the basic building blocks of what would later be called in their language Akhri-Kultur. And one day the seeds were put in the tilled earth, and some time later the roots were finally Released from their shells and the plants were Launched through the earth and into the bright green sky.
And the hunters raised an interested eyebrow, but the wives and children couldn't contain their excitement. And so did the old people who couldn't hunt any more.
But the next morning the hunters took their blackwood bark spears and sharpened their shellknives and set out again, with the women looking at them and scratching their heads.
That went on for a few days until one evening while at the dinner table, a woman asked her man:
"Why are you still hunting when you could be tilling the soil?"
And his response:
"But that's what I do!"
And she smiled, and thought "let's wait for the harvest."
And when harvest day came, and the hunters saw the golden mana from the soil around the village, some of them put down their spears and picked up a plow, joining the young ones who'd already been digging for months.
And the rest of the great hunters kept doing what they were great at, and the tribe flourished with meat, cereals and vegetables on the tables daily.
