OK, there is no easy way to verify this, but it reads like a genuine - and strangely inspirational - story of a guy whose day job was washing garbage trucks, who taught himself SEO to fight an evil empire, and who won - only to then turn around and risk his newly acquired reputation by helping to pick up the pieces:

he risked any "newly acquired reputation" by supporting one side in the conflict.

At least he's providing a means of communication. People with lesser patience
would possibly have done worse.

Sorry about that fellas, I had to purge the sef urls as they were getting out of hand. I'm working on making the site easier to navigate. As far as taking sides, The only side I'm on is the customers side. It just so happens that there are in fact two sides to the debacle. One that's communicating and one that is not. I feel good about the communication and the fact that John and Glenn haven't thrown up their arms and walked away from this. It takes a lot of courage and heart on their part to try to turn this thing around with all the damage that has been done. However, I side with the customer and Registerflies is just the communication conduit website for those who have suffered injuries and losses due to this fiasco.

Thank you all for your patience. I am a new webmaster of the sort so I'm still working on sharpening up my skills to make this a better site and a soundboard for problems in the domain industry.

Thanks!

Thank you, and thanks for understanding.... this has been a long and energy draining effort and I'm tired. However, I'm not going to quite until everything is brought to light with not only registerfly but ICANN as well. If you want the latest news, I send newsletters out for almost all announcements and you can sign up on the main page. I'll tell you, washing garbage trucks was a much easier task.

good writing. So who is this Andy, in the NamePros.com forum?

Andy is ... Shoot, I don't remember. ... oh, dreamking I think. Anyway, news just out is the Newark Judge, Sheridan issued the company back to Kevin Medina. This isn't good. Read the news on the front page. I'll hear back from Glenn shortly on his conversation with ICANN.

so, how is that "not taking sides" thing going? :)

IMO , calling one side a hacker and accusing of phishing, is taking sides.

how did you decide which side to support? was it only because one side would talk to you, so they had to be the right side?

One side is communicating while the other is stealing and playing with little boys... besides, I know much more than I have the liberty to discuss because of a federal investigation. I'll leave it at that. Take it for what it's worth... Kevin has only sent me on letter and it was nasty. Kevin has never tried to call and I've also talked with a number of Kevin's employees in Florida.

Thank you for your insight though.

Nice job on the site. I entered domaining late so I have never dealt with Registerfly, but have heard the horrible service they provided littered all over the webmaster forums I frequent.
