At every .tv listing at sedo potential buyer finds this :
Important Notice: Certain .tv domain names (known as "premium domains") cannot be transferred to another registrar, and must remain at the registrar they are currently at. In addition, the registration costs for these domains can vary widely, and can be higher than most normal .tv registration costs. Please contact your registrar in advance so that they can help determine whether the domain name in question is a premium domain.
Imagine what happens when someone outside .tv scene reads this.
Ok the premium transfer thing is not a case, buyer can make in less than a minute an account and receive the domain, in my opinion should not be mentioned at all.
As for the premium fee remark, i think this notice just decreases sales possibility dramatically.
With 5 lines of code, sedo could check from whois if domain is at ENOM (.tv names with premium fee are at ENOM only as we know) and also check if domain is registered after 18-Mar-2010. And at names not at Enom or registered after mentioned date could remove automatically this notice. These are 95% + of names for sure.
