Good point! But my worry with this extension is its disambiguation. Most fonts will display the number zero and the letter "O" as a circle that basically look the same. There are only a few coding fonts that show a slashed zero.

Same as with upper case "I" (as in ion) and lower case "l" (as in lion). This is really not helping transparency.

Is it true that people from the U.S. spell "z" the same way as "c" (both like "set")? Maybe only in parts of the country?
