The NamePros Team is here to help promote a positive experience for all of our members. Outlined below is the NP Team, it should give you an idea of who to go to should you need some assistance.

NamePros Administrators:
Names appear in red on the forum

RJ and NPQueen (Rachel)

We do all things NamePros


Member Services Representatives (MSR):
Names also appear in red

Mark will oversee the Discussion Forums and General Membership inquiries

Jennifer will be overseeing the Marketplace

As you can see, these team members each have specific areas that they will be working in, should you need something you now have a point of contact for each area of the forum.


Team Leaders (TL):
Their names appear a lovely shade of green

They "float" around the various parts of the forum assisting members in a variety of capacities. Chances are if you have a concern or a problem one of these people will be there to help you out.


Moderators:
Names appear in blue. Love that blue on you

Their names appear above specific areas of the forum where they spend their time and energy maintaining the threads and working to resolve issues as they arise within their assigned forums.


Additionally, you may Contact NP Member Services if needed to resolve issues regarding NP$, the NP$ Bank and Exchange, and site functionality issues.

It is our goal to better serve you the members. Great members are what make a great community. Happy members make for a much happier community. Lets keep NamePros a great community with happy members.
