The NamePros Team is here to help promote a positive experience for all of our members. Outlined below is the NP Team, it should give you an idea of who to go to should you need some assistance.
NamePros Administrators:
Names appear in red on the forum
They do all things NamePros.
NamePros Tech Administrators:
Names appear in Green on the forum
They do all things technical on NamePros.
Member Services:
Names also appear in Green on the forum
They "float" around the various parts of the forum assisting members in a variety of capacities. Chances are if you have a concern or a problem one of these people will be there to help you out.
Section Leaders:
Names appear in Purple on the forum
They assist in overseeing moderators to keep the forum a safe place to conduct business and fun place to socialize.
Moderators:
Names appear in blue. Love that blue on you
NamePros Staff:
Their names appear here and they spend their time and energy maintaining the threads and working to resolve issues as they arise within their assigned forums.
Additionally, you may Contact NP Member Services if needed to resolve issues regarding that originate on NamePros.
