The winner of the game is the one who
guesses the closest price.

Anyone have a clue why he would sell this in the open market for what's sure to be a loss?
I am a very patient person and with 1000 other new extensions coming to market, you could see a revival.
Q: What methods, and metrics do you use when buying domains? At this point is it mostly based on your “gut” instinct and awareness of potential end-users?
A: No metrics. Few give accurate stats even tho they have them so you MUST know so the ONLY tool I use is my gut.
simple question - what are the highest mobi sales in the last year? Is any above $5k ? Maybe this is flowers for a funeral.
My guess is that the auction will be rigged and that it will sell for over $200k to an anonymous buyer. Just my personal guess and I have no intimate knowledge that this is fact.
Rick gets a lot of heat for this domain and I can't imagine why he's selling it knowing full well he'll likely get considerably less than what he paid. Anyone have a clue why he would sell this in the open market for what's sure to be a loss?
In case the auction is legit then I'd say $12,700.
Just over a year ago casino.mobi sold for $135k. There may have been 5 figure sales behind closed doors as well.
Moniker just announced that it has brokered the sale of Casino.mobi to Infomeda Ltd for $135,000.
This sale represents the second highest price ever paid for a .mobi name.
As you may recall, Flowers.mobi sold for $200K, Fun.mobi for $100K RealEstate.mobi for $85,000.
Certainly this is the highest priced paid for a .mobi since the extension’s initial release premium auctions held at TRAFFIC shows in 2007.
The resale market for .Mobi’s has been very quite, to say the least, almost non-existent, over the last year, making this sale even more surprising.
