It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

ICANN obviously.
What "losing registrar"?
The only reason the process is even happening is because the losing FORMER registrar is NO longer a registrar according to ICANN (see top of your flow chart).
Ugh, yes, I said it was a de-accredited registrar but again, you are just making stuff up without knowing or even trying to know. It does not say who gets paid. It is a bit of a conflict of interest for ICANN to get the money, since they are the ones doing the de-accreditation.

edit:
I found the answer, as I suspected you're wrong.

I was thinking in terms of CAC (customer acquisition cost). ...................... Someone in domain world must have some numbers for this. I'm sure I can figure out in a couple hours of research but don't have time to do it.

Why are you accusing me of not knowing or even trying to know, when you have admitted to doing that very thing yourself??? In the time between when you asked the original question earlier today (or yesterday by now) and now, you could have already figured out the answer to your own question.

Since when did the conflict of interest ever matter in Domaining? :(
Considering ICANN seemingly never terminates a registrar until well after they should be terminated, plus the fact ICAAN is the registering / governing body for gTLD registrars, I really don't see a conflict of interest in this type of situation.

I already found answer. De-accredited registrar gets the money.

Well, sort of. ICANN get their bit first if owed any. And since the registrar has lost their accreditation it's highly likely there will be a debt owed to ICANN. Certainly the registrar gets what's left over, but I wonder if that ever amounts to anything meaningful?... Probably not...

I would say great, then that money would go to customers. But let's be honest, Epik reportedly sold a portfolio of 4,000+ domains, including many of their best domains, and ones they reportedly acquired under dubious circumstances like Patterns.com...How many customers have seen their debts paid since then? Exactly.

Where did that money go?

Yep, it's probably just been enough to appease certain creditors, and keep the lights on. Likely paid no/very few MB debts. And I suspect the same would happen to any leftover ICANN funds from the bidding process - there will be other secured creditors who will get it first. :(

Exactly, some of that money was suppose to go to making first $50K payment to Kathleen, as we saw in texts, Royce promised her and then spent it on other things. Very scummy and cowardly thing to do. Total lack of character.

Maybe we should ask ICANN if they can hold onto it and give out to domain owners screwed over directly...lol.

Also you can hire a truck with huge signs to park outside Monster's office or house saying he owes you money, until he pays up - that does work sometimes.
Seems the Monsteroids are still very active on here - downvoting this and other stuff. So they are busy watching - why?

Here are three companies offering that mobile billboard service in the Seattle area:

https://bulldogbillboards.com/locations/truck-advertising-in-seattle/
https://cantmiss.us/seattle-tacoma-mobile-billboard/
https://americanmobileads.com/markets/seattle_tacoma

And an idea of prices here:

This really is a chance for Monster to see his name in lights.

It is better to advertise on a truck the representatives of the authorities, who allow a few scoundrels to rob people from all over the world.

So familiar...

LOS ANGELES – 15 March 2019 – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") today announced it has terminated the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) with registrar Alpnames Limited (IANA #1857), effective immediately.
The RAA was terminated after the ICANN organization determined that Alpnames was no longer performing required registrar functions as specified in the agreement. These functions include allowing existing registrants to renew domain name registrations and processing new registrations.

It appears back up again. Is this one of the many, many, technical issues lately?
Could be technical. Could be human. Could be to test the responses on our forum.

How did Andrew sell the name? It seems that the escrow was no longer working at that time. Did Andrew sell it on the marketplace?

What would be the reason for Epik using cloudflare for nameserver? Is this really new?
