Going right back at it, NBA season starts again in about a month, Dec. 22.

Dwight tweeted this, then quickly deleted it and signed with the Sixers for the vet minimum. No idea why. Sixers are looking good, Nets are looking good with Durant, Kyrie, Serge Ibaka going over, new coach Steve Nash.

 

He was such a punk when he first came up. He had the look, but he never had the chops.
Couldnt shine under the spotlight. Sad really. Thats what happens to kis that listen to / believe the hype they have benn raised with their whole lives.
He got bounced around and got some humility and earned his way back to a ring.
But just barely.

Now he might be the 6th or 7th man... maybe 8th on a Sixers bench.
Lakers are done with him, apparently so is the league.

Yeah, we had him in his prime in Orlando, took us to the Finals 1 year, we lost. Kinda goofy, playful, so was Shaq, but Dwight didn't have the step on your throat type of competitiveness like Shaq did. Looks like his 8 seasons in Orlando, he averaged 20 points overall. With the skills he had, could have averaged a lot more. Looks like this will be his 8th team, will back up Embiid.

Looks like you picked up 6th Man of the Year award winning Harrell and Wes Matthews.

Haven't checked how they're going to do this yet, I guess empty arenas. Toronto Raptors playing home games in Tampa because of travel restrictions in Canada due to virus. I guess Raptors players need to find a place to settle in for a bit in Tampa.

Pittsburgh Steelers are now 10-0, only undefeated team.

NFC East, the best record are the Eagles at 3-6. Could be going into Playoffs with losing record. Only happened once before:

Maybe Bucs, Seahawks or Packers for the NFC in Superbowl.

A mysterious monolith, which is believed to be some kind of metal, was discovered in the remote parts of Utah on Wednesday, fueling speculation on what the object was or how it got there, according to reports.

The structure, estimated at between 10 feet and 12 feet high, was found by state wildlife employees counting sheep from a helicopter.
