I'm not sure if it's been done before, but:
All you need to do is ask another question, relevent to the question that was posted before, e.g "Did you know that NamePros is the greatest ever forum"? And you would ask "Did you know that you can buy domains from NamePros?"

Of course, it'd be a more difficult question than that!
