Hi everyone! The 3D market appears to be exploding! Record takes at the box office by movies such as Avatar and Alice in Wonderland and the announcement this week of the new 3D TV which is set to hit markets shortly have helped buoy interest in 3D multimedia platforms. Even the major American television network NBC has jumped in and will be broadcasting the NCAA Final Four basketball games in 3D!

A direct beneficiary from this renewed interest and greatly improved 3D technology is the domain business. Some of you had foresight many years ago and reg'd great names early on. Others (myself included) have only become aquainted with 3D domaining more recently, but see the huge potential this market has opened up for domainers.

Let this be the place for you to show off your 3D domain names. Ask for opinions, marketing strategies or even an appraisal or guesstimation of value. Also, feel free to post any relevant news releases/articles related to the 3D industry.

Do you, or any of the other people here have experience with "mini-sites" ? .. Recieved an email from DN----m offering to do mini-sites which would incorporate your google adsense account for what seemed to be a reasonable price. I am retarded when it comes to putting together websites, so I thought I might bite... right now if ya jump on their "10 site" deal, they will do another 10 sites for no extra charge... so, total cost for 20 sites with constantly updated content and articles would be about $350. It seems like a smashing deal... what do you guys think? Have you tried this route? Did you get indexed quicker and better? If some of you know of the deal I speak... perhaps you received the same email... Are you going to try it out?

The reason I ask, is because I think some of my 3D names definitely should be developed... names such as 3dHighDefinitionTv.com, just scream development at me... but I'm not a developer.. so I must rely on others for this task... Should I jump on this deal or not??

Trademarks aside, think my best reg is

BLURAY3D.ORG

Bluray.org is worth around $30,000 plus. With regards to the trademarks, lots and lots of domains including the word 'bluray' have been sold so I cant see how mine would be different, As long as you promote the main Bluray site and ask for permission to use it then all you are doing is selling and promoting their product, Im sure any business would be ok with that, who owns bluray.net,bluray.org,bluray.biz,bluray.co.uk , bet every tom,dick and harry own them.
