Admin have set my NP to -500 because somebody hacked a members account and sent me NP as a donation.

I think this is nasty as i had my hard earned NP removed and my score set to -500 and i done jack wrong.

Anywho.

I have to try earn 500 NP$ back just to get back to 0, Not going to sell anything, Whats the point, RJ will probably set me back to 500 again. :td:

I don't think so. Check again. You received 506 stolen NP$ and 506 NP$ was deducted from your account.

Someone logged into websoft's account and sent his entire 506 NP$ to Psycho. Within the same hour, Psycho purchased a domain registration from someone else for 550 NP$. websoft swears he did not send those NP$ to Psycho and logs show a different IP address doing so. Psycho says he has no idea why he received the NP$, so the stolen NP$ transaction was reversed.

approximate amount Psycho had before this incident = 50NP$
506NP$ sent from hacked websoft account to Psycho; new total = 556NP$
550NP$ spent by Psycho for a new domain name; new total = 6NP$
506NP$ deducted from Psycho and returned to webhost; new total = negative 500

something isnt right there... someone involved knows something.

I wonder who, if they cant pinpoint an exact member... I still wonder who's IP comes close to the supposed hacker.

something to me, makes me think it is the same person who now owns the domain.

How long from the time 500 np's turned up missing and the time a domain was purchased?
Check the IM history of all involved (victim, "hacked" account, domain seller)

take the "hackers" ip addy and run it through google and msn. Yahoo if necesarry, but msn and google should be sufficient. follow all the leads.. I'll bet it leads back to one of the 3 people involved. People leave their IP on all forums they visit and many websites... very easy to connect the dots.

Well that's a weird way of looking at it ~

If someone sent you money without a reason .... Would you spend it before finding out why ???? - and Yes I know that lots of folks probably would if it came from the I R S or the likes ... But that doesn't mean it is Honest money !

Unless it was my birthday .... I'd be finding out WHY first !
