NP$ Exchange problem

On the 8th November 2010 I accepted A bid from stoppingfear to purchase 500 NP$ from me at the rate of 0.014 however almsot ten days later he has not responded to the message he would have got.I got this message.

The seller has been notified to send you payment by Paypal to --my pp email--

Seller should be submitting payment from --his pp email--

The NP$ are currently in escrow, awaiting stoppingfear's payment.

I would appreciate any advise on this matter from other members of the community,moderators and any other member of staff within namepros.com.
My decision stands that if payment is not made by Nov 18th that I would request that a member of staff cancel the transaction and refund me my NP$ as the other party seems to have lost interest if payment is not paid after 10 days.

I'm still waiting for my 800NP too, and it's been more than 2 weeks...
