Text list of Alexa top 500?

I'm looking for a text list of all of the Alexa top 500 domains. Does such a .txt file exist?

they let you see the top 500 (global) on their site but obviously its not a .txt file, i think it should not be too hard to cut and paste into excel the whole webpage and with a bit of formula jiggery pokery just get a site list as output
