Have owned this domain name for over two years. Have had many educated opinions this domain name is worth $20,000 to $50,000. I have had previous offers for 15-20, that I declined. I don't know it's exact value, but am willing to sell it for substantially less than what it's worth in order to expedite quick sale.

Am expecting $xx,xxx to xxx,xxx for this domain name. Have been offered very low $xx,xxx recently, but didnt feel it was enough. Make an offer - am very motivated due to needing money for college.

Why have you posted this twice? Also, if you're asking for such a large amount, do you have any traffic statistics? Proof of revenue?

These are things interested buyers would need (I'm not one just for the record).

I apologize, the other post is now closed. I meant to say, I had offers from 15,000 to 20,000 dollars. I have an appraisal from SEDO appraising the domain at $49,500. I am currently looking for the documents and I will post it when I find it. If you do not believe me go have the domain appraised yourself.

About two years ago, I purchased the domain for a very, very large sum; hoping to develop it. I have been very busy and I did not have a chance to develop my idea nor put advertising on the site. I let a partner of mine put a blog on the site since it was sitting empty. I am assuming that who ever purchases the site will not use my exact website forum, and coding. Maybe, they might want to, that is why I am putting the site in as a bonus*

I am not trying to be rude but I just don't see this as being any where near a xx - xxx value for this domain. Can you post the sedo.com appraisal so we can see something we might be missing ?
