Tactical Nukes in Iraq?

A friend in NY just emailed me this link of a video of an ammo dump explosion in Iraq that some claim gives evidence of possible tactical nukes in Iraq.. watch it and give your opinion here..

Doesn't make much sense for a whole host of reasons. The biggest reason for me is that there would not be tactical nuclear weapons stored at a forward base in range of enemy rockets and mortars. It looks like at best a MOAB possibly which is nonnuclear. Another piece of evidence against this is the photograph offered in the news story, just not the type of destructioned you'd see with a nuke, there'd be an obvious blast pattern and very next to nothing left.

This is, of course, even considering the video itself is real.
