The company that provides the chat bubble updated it and made it larger than it used to be, not much we can do about that until we have more time.
You could, you know, cancel your subscription and save a few bucks.

It's not even a good option to have. This is a forum, a place of communication. There's no need for a "live chat" when there are options to either 1) email via a contact form or 2) the logical step, sign up and send a message.

Is it really used that often to even consider keeping it? Maybe put it up for a vote. I dunno. It's annoying the hell out of me.

Edit: I dunno why you can't just remove it from "member requested" template I'm using (the one with the "Links" in the navbar).

I don't know. You could install a heatmap to see how many times it's clicked and/or accidentally almost clicked on mobile.

You say you removed the navbar scroll on mobile because it took too much room.

Well, consider this, most people hold their mobile phones in their right hand with four fingers tucked under the phone and scroll up and down with their right thumb. The right thumb is very close to this bubble in the process of scrolling.

It gets in the way. A lot.

Its importance outweighs that. Let's stick with "member requested" template and see if we can do that. ;)

"Member Requested" is meant to be a collection of requests from long-time NamePros members; however, plenty of those people use the support button.

What issue is it causing? I've seen the exact same support widget on many other sites that I frequent--except it's not translucent on other sites; it's solid.

Maybe reposition it to the left. Or are there too many lefties that are also long-time members?
