Suggestion to implement new project

Hi All,

I need your suggestion and ideas to implement new IT project in corporate environment. I had one to start Employee Portal but i need some more other project ideas which i can implement.

What kind of suggestions?

What does your employee portal consist of? That's kind of very general and could encompass a variety of things.

Like Employee information, Leave Management, pay slip, offer letter etc...
But this is just an example my point was to know that what other things i can implement to improve IT Services.
