Everyday a lot of newbies join namepros and most of them as sellers.I agree few of them have names that might not be worth registering yet many still manage to get some potentailly good names.The fact is they even find it difficult to sell the good names.The reason: they do not have a trader rating and people tend to be apprehensive in dealing with people with 0 trader rating.
My suggestion was if we can have a service where in Namepros acts as a mediator(by charging a nominal fee of say x% of transaction value) and take the payment on behalf of this new seller and once the seller transfers the domain to the buyer and buyer confirms it then the money can be transfered to seller.
Benefits To Namepros: Some additional revenue
Benefits to Namepros Buyer: Peace of mind in transactions with newbies.
Benefits to Newbies: They can gradually build the reputaion and emerge as independent sellers whome others trust. :blink:
