You can buy just the site aswell. Buying hosting is not necessary. When somebody pays you through integrated paypal to submit your site to top search engines then you have to submit the site by a small software which comes with this site.

When a domain name and its description is put in bu the customer and submit button is pressed then it takes the customer to paypal payment page. I have checked it again, it does not say 19.95. It is 1.95. When you recieve the pay ment then you can submit the domain to search engine to differnet search engines and directories by a samll software provided to you with this website.
It just one click you have to do.
So its not much work.
