I just saw that who was online on my forums and it said this

4 user(s) active in the past 15 minutes
Active Users 2 guests, 2 members 0 anonymous members
Administrator, Mikor, Ask Jeeves

does that mean that it is somebody from askjeeves?

It means AskJeeves' bot is checking out your site, most likely SE indexing related.

Otherwise, carfeully check through your Members to see if there isnt one called 'Ask Jeeves' if not it's most probably the AskJeeves Bot indexing your website!

Mostly backlinks, but you can manually submit as well.
