I know its user specific. I know it'll work best for a buyer specific.
However those of us that are in the know,know! The land of real estate is absolutely huge and to find a 3 word domain that includes buys houses with "your" name (and is a dot com or net) is very hard to come buy unless you have a odd name of course. But Im new to flipping virtual real estate and will take all opinions very seriously...Thank you

p.s. - as I look to my right on the pc screen I see these options for tags, do you pro's use this to get any kind of advantage or benefit from that? i.e. more linkbacks or traffic to your domain to get a higher page rank or alexa rating? just curious

Honestly, I don't think this is a very professional look for a real estate agent or someone who buys houses. I also don't think there is a demand for domain names like this. Hence, the value would be just the reg fee.

You are correct that the Real Estate marketing is enormous. Tons and tons of money. However that does not mean that every Steven in the market would want a domain name that also says BuysHouses.com.

The first issue is about the whole "We buy houses" business model. People see it everywhere and have for quite a bit of time. Its already getting old. I also dont think this pattern is a rare as you think. I checked a few popular first names and found the following available:

kristenbuyshouses.com
jacobbuyshouses.com
masonbuyshouses.com
ethanBuysHouses.com
WilliamBuysHouses.com

Unfortunately I dont see a Real Estate buyers or agent picking up the domain name. I think this domain name will eventually expire without ever having sold it.

I would contact some potential endusers and if not sold I would let expire (but just my opinion)

The hyphenated version is developed so you could ask the ower if is interested. Also you could make a research for people named Steven in the real estate fild and see if someone is interested

Now, supposing you find one interested, maybe $xxx (or more if very lucky)
