question State and Industry Word Order

My question is in regard to the order of wording in a Domain for the highest SEO and price value.
In particularly for a State and Industry pairing.
For example,would it be better to have [State][Industry].com
Or [Industry][State].com?

depends on industry and maybe demand, usage , etc. in that region
