Starting a new web design forum

I am starting a new web design forum and I am looking for a logo design, and admin to help with the site.

I am going to be using vbulletin for this forum. I have the site planned and the domain name for the site. I will not require a template but a logo for the existing template.

Also looking for experienced Web designers to act as admin/mod of the forum.

I have launched this forum but still looking for Technical help including vbulletin modifications, etc...

This is a new web design forum but receiving good google rankings and pr and getting new signups everyday.
