Web Design Needed

Ok everyone here it is. I am going to be starting a company (my hope is that it is life before I go to college which is about a month away)

Anyway, I need a website designed for this site, heres the catch.

The designer will be working for free, HOWEVER, once the site is launched the designer will receive all of the web design projects.

In other words, this your job interview, you are making the site for the company at no charge, and then every time someone orders a web design from the company, you are the lead designer.

The company will offer many different things, which will include but are not limited to, web design, web hosting, web marketing, domain brokerage, web asset management, domain realty, forum posting, and a mess of other things.

This will be very beneficial for the designer who decides to take me up on this offer. I am a good honest guy, who has been in the game for some time now and am looking to start the next big company.

Sir with all do Respect. Don't get me wrong, but if you aren't even paying the designer, how will you afford all the other services that you are guaranteeing. I mean its not like you launch a website and next day you get customers. I mean you'll needing extensive marketing and all. Just wish to inquire.

Hey Xavier. Im not sure I understand your question.

I already have servers for hosting, web marketing, asset management, and things of that nature are done by me in house.

I have money for investment, and a good amount, But in this case it makes more sense to hire a designer based on their work for the company.

Ive started several companies in the past, Im hardly worried, but thanks for your concern.

Ok Thanks for clearing that out. I would have opted for this offer. But I am already preoccupied in alot of other stuff.
