Rarely do you here good things about registrars, but today I'd like to say I had a very good experience with DomainSite.com.

I called them (phone) about a DNS error and I had NO waiting time at all. I got a real person who helped fix my nameserver problem asap. Then I mentioned that I had an unsuccessful transfer and they prompted about giving a refund. Less than 2 minutes my account had a refund just like asked. Usually I need to wait, and then contact billing department, and on and on.
wow, thats all I can say. I'll be buying my names from here for now on.

I am also happy with domainsite - good prices - nice bulk managment tools - nameserver changes are also usually very fast.

I have only needed support once so far...a little slow to respond but it may have been just a one off ?

Overall they seem great so far :)

Yes, Godaddy you sit and listen to music all day. Here I just called, pushed 1 and got someone who helped me. Anyone else tried calling? Seems fantastic.
