ive registered a few domains with domainsite and theyve been really good, i registered another domai the other day and then had to upgrade the account to change name servers thats when i started to become unimpressed,

after this 1 of my names needed renewing so i thought id change registrars seen as theyre making up pay an extra amount to be able to change the servers so i transferred...or am in the middle of trying to i did everything needed and then got an email saying will be done within 72hours you just need to wait for your old host to agree its ok, thats fine im not happy about the wait but i can understand it, anyway that was on thursday morning, its now getting on for well over 96 hours which i find very bad service, ive emailed them twice (lastnight and again this morning) and not had any reply.

So unfortunately what was once a very good company that i recommended to everyone who asked ive totally changed my opinion and would not recommend them to anyone and definately will not be using them in the future.

Hmmm, sorry to hear what happened to you. But are you switching DNS of the
domain name or transferring the registration to another registrar/reseller?

If you started the registration transfer, no changes can be made to the name
until the transfer is concluded successfully or not.

They have a phone number, too. Can you not call them?
