but I like this one better than the other ones
add borders(small thin ones) to the links from menu bars

I'm not a web designer (or a chef) but as someone who surfs the web a lot
I have to say your home page is very easy on the eyes and I believe would hold
people's attention enough to encourage them to click on links.

The site looks delicious :tu:

thanks!!.....only issue i have is that the nav bar is not visible in IE7???......it shows up in IE6...and firefox....but not in IE7......cant figure this out...any thoughts??

I love the background design of the overall page and how it is repeated in the background of your content portion. The background color is a great choice as well.

I think it might help if you could make the title and subtitle of the page, as well as the menu choices pop a little more. Maybe a slightly larger, or even a different font, and bold. On my screen the word 'Recetas' almost blends into the green tomato in the background. Also perhaps add a border to the main portion of your contents to show a clearer division between the main content and the side bars.
