Spanish Developer WANTED for Premium .tv domain

Hello,

I'm looking for a Spanish web designer and developer to build a website for one of my generic and premium .tv domains.

Hoy.tv (Means "Today" in Spanish)

Hoy is constantly used in the Spanish language. I am looking for an ambitious Spanish developer who can create a website to make the best use of this domain. I am particularly looking for news/horoscope site that would be using feeds from other Spanish news sites.

It would basically be a portal for a country with news/sports/business/etc!
