Spaceship.com recently launched a new Marketplace section, and as NamePros has given me the go-head, I think the company deserves its own thread for NP domain marketplace users to converse in.

Are there any plans to give SellerHub listed domains with NS pointed to Spaceship better visibility in search results on #Spaceship and #Namecheap ?

When I searched for a certain SLD on Spaceship and Namecheap that I have listed on Sellerhub with NS pointed and it came in 26th on the search results page on Spaceship and did not show on the search results on Namecheap.

There needs to be a settings page where you can enter your payout details ASAP.

I'm now on my third time through sending them the same exact bank details in that little chat window. Each time something can go wrong or get lost in translation.

It's natural to get frustrated with a registrar or marketplace sometimes, but the way you raised it here on the forum wasn't the most constructive. Approaching it differently would open more doors than it closes. I've seen this same pattern from you before, and sadly, it continues. Still, I wish you luck.

I hope the problem can be taken seriously and resolved quickly, instead of waiting or not solving it all the time

If the problem can be taken seriously and solved, it means that this platform is still worth using. Some platforms, such as Sedo, I have completely given up. now I don't have any domain use sedo DNS

One suggestion I have for Spaceship is to add an automated system to handle when domains are already associated with someone else's account and you try to add them. Normally, you should be able to just add your txt record to confirm you're the new owner, but Spaceship requires a trouble ticket to support to get it remedied.

I contacted them once for a few domains and it took just a day, but the next time I contacted them to associate a domain with my account it's been 5 days and counting.

5 days does not look right, can you please DM your domain to me? As for the automated flow, it is in our nearest features pipeline.

A seller designated down payment is a "must have" feature.

Sellers are charged an extra 4% fee on sales if payout is sent through Paypal so Spaceship's commission actually becomes 9% when using Paypal.

@Marina Savina Can Spaceship look into sending Paypal payments without Paypal charging an extra 4% fee? Even Afternic and Sedo are able to send Paypal payments without any extra fees.
