South32 Ltd is an Australian mining and metals company using the domain South32.net; it filed a UDRP to usurp the domain South32.com.
Since its registration in 2012, the domain South32.com has been in the possession of the same individual, Kari Bian, who operates a film production company based in California. At some point, the Respondent began to display content critical of the Complainant, perhaps after pressured attempts to get their domain, as our coverage from 2014 shows.
