.tv Soulminders.tv used for Spam/Scam

I received this spam/scam email tonight. Rotten suckers now using a .tv for this crap! I am not sure if the spammer/scammer is the realowner of the .tv

I would be shocked if the real owner is the spammer as the owners details from the whois are of a very reputable company who's base is about 10 minutes from my home.
I guess though you never know these days, even thos who you feel would be the most honest can turn out to be dishonest.

I have a feeling the real owner probably doesn't even know that his domain name, or website is being used for this. Sorry if it sounded as if I meant that.

It is just an e-mail address, they could use any one. Do you have the full headers? I use http://www.spamcop.net/ to report this kind of mail abuse.

BTW you may want to edit your post to remove the WHOIS info that is not very necessary and may cause trouble to the owners of the domain after it gets indexed in Google.
