Received a $400 offer-should take it? What do you all think this name is worth?

No Overture and only ~19,000 hits in Google. Is $400 the first offer? If so, counter and see if you guys can reach an agreement somewhere in the middle. Where is the offer from? This doesn't seem like a name a reseller would want, so I assume the buyer is an end user... in that case, you could potentially get a lot more than $400. It's a pretty specific keyword, so it's not too likely the buyer will just go for another name if you don't like the $400... feel them out.
