Embedding Youtube videos?

I want to put some youtube videos on my site, is there any copyright problems?I am pretty sure this is legal but its better to be safe then sorry. I think it is since Youtube puts the html code there to embed it and I think the users give permission for this when they sign up or upload a video.

Hey Dean!

Youtube hands out like candy the code to ebmed videos wherever you want. So, Say you happen to embed a copywrited video, I'd say it would be on YouTube's fault not yours. Who is to blame more, the end user who illegally downloaded a CD or the torrent site who allows millions to download?

That being said, embedding YouTube videos with their code is quite different than finding the FLV file, downloading the video and then posting on your site as your own original content.

Well embedding the youtube video is much better as it saves me bandwidth and its much easier.
