Someone trying to sell one of my domains at another forum

I had a buyer contact me thru whois and said he read about my domain for sale at "webdigity. com". Weird as I have never posted there before. I have contacted the mods to take off the post but what else if anything should I do? I have owned pave.info for almost a year and this post was about 3 months ago so no confusion who the owner was anywhere near that date.

Could this be done by the forum to create keywords for search and then to make money off of referring to sedo or is this some person trying to scam somehow?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts, Gary. (His post below)-

From the low asking price this appears to be a repost from years ago. Maybe just reposted by mistake from a former owner or are you the original owner?

I posted the question in the forum to ask a mod as I couldnt see a "contact us" and I believe from their answers they (is spam to harsh of a word) list certain domains on their site as an affiliate to sedo for referrals. At least I found out I wasnt being scammed. Here is the 2 responses I received below.

thanks, Gary-

-Gary don't worry :) We are just affiliated to Sedo and we post domains from their marketplace using the "domain_sales" user (it is not a user but a bot)

In fact it is very possible that the client found you through our forum :)

-The bot picks up interesting domains at sedo and posts them here, for the members convince, several of us are into domain acquisition and so will keep an eye on what domains are being sold etc,

The bots results are not crawled and are private for members so no need to panic, though if you haven't put your site on sedo you best contact them

few months ago I've seen one of my domain posted in Sedo for sale. I contacted Sedo and told them that my domain was being sold by someone else. They verify the domain and remove my domain for sale quickly.

That's very interesting. It sounds like good publicity for your domain :)

After I found out someone was not trying to scam I was alright with it as it is free advertising.
