Someone stolen my names??? Or GoDaddy Problem?

I just found both anhui.biz and wqs.com have been transfer to another account of godaddy,and I never start the push in Godaddy.
I have ask godaddy to check,is there any one have the same problem at Godaddy?


Just found wgo.us also been stolen.

wqs.com was a pornography site for more than a year prior to your purchasing it. The current whois record can be found at godaddy.com.

The whois.sc record you sent me does not match all other whois records that show someone in Florida being the registrant. Perhaps the man from Pakistan in the whois.sc record was the owner when it was a porn site since whois.sc shows historical whois searches.

Have you tried calling the telephone number of the current registrant listed in the whois record for wqs.com as listed in Godaddy? Try e-mailing him. His e-mail is @wqZ.com and not wqs.com.

It is not a question of trust. It is a question of establishing the facts necessary to convince anyone that the domain is yours. You will need to do more than say it is yours if it was indeed hijacked and you want to get it back in your name.

The whois record for all three domains lists someone in Florida with a phone number and e-mail address. Also showing is:

Created on: 28-Mar-00
Expires on: 28-Mar-06

The creation date of wqs.com contradicts your claim that you became the owner of it August of this year.

I asked you how you were able to push within the 60 day period. I never said that it cannot be done 100% of the time. I have had pushed domains held up in the 60 period before at godaddy.

Nobody is calling you a cheater, but you have not presented any evidence to anyone that the domains are yours. If you are getting angry at me, imagine how angry you will get at an administrative hearing when facing opposing cousel (lawyer). They aren't as nice as I am.

I bought wqs.com from some one at DNF about 8/19.
I have manange wqs.com from 2004/8 ,and try to sell it on sedo and park it on sedo.

The last updated is July 22, 2004. It shows this in the whois at godaddy. It seems odd that if a domain has been pushed that godaddy would not update its whois. Also, I find it odd that in all three whois records for the three domains in question the creation date goes back several months to several years.

Look, how hard can it be for the aggrieved victim here to post some evidence that these domains were registered by him? A godaddy or sedo receipt, correspondence e-mail from the orignal seller? Something.

The hijacker can gain access to email and account passwords by sending the vicitim a keystroke logger, then sitting back and waiting a day until the victim logs onto his accounts. The passwords are then recorded by the thief, who then uses them to make any changes he wants.

Try visiting www.webroot.com and downloading the fully functioning spysweeper software. You have to buy it to get updated trojan dat files. Spysweeper was what caught my keystroke logger that Norton missed.
