Someone jacked my phone.

Well, I got my phone stolen at school today. I was at P.E. and had my clothes in my locker in the P.E. locker room. My phone was in my pants. After P.E. I opened my locker, and noticed my pants were positioned differently than the way I left it. To my surprice my phone was missing. Wallet was still there and I had $30 in it. Another kid got his locker broken into today, but they only took $2 from him.

It's going to cost me $260 to replace that LG Chocolate phone I had.

Got home, and deactivated the phone with Verizon.

Don't think I want to buy a new phone, might even get jacked again. I think I'll stay phone-less for a while.

I also never keep anything valuable any place other than in my pocket and at home, but I assumed it was safe in my locker that was in an enclosed area supervised by some school staff members.

My school dosnt even have lockers - we just hang our clothes up on pegs on the walls, and they are never supervised.
I've never realised how trusting the staff must be - still, nothing valuable ever seems to get stolen.

Have you tried reporting to the discipline teacher ? perhaps the could had conduct a spot check to help you.

Reported it to one of the P.E teachers and the guy in charge of the locker room. Showed them where my locker was. He didn't say much...

I also asked around to the people I'm cool with who are in my row of lockers, if they saw anyone near my locker. Nobody saw anything. I'll ask more people tomorrow, as I didn't really get to ask much people today as I was busy talking to the staff.

Order a pizza from Pizza Hut. They had something about that phone on top, like get a free one, or something.

My locker a few years ago had a nice arm-size hole in it.. so I had stuff stolen a lot of the time.

Same here except ours are supervised.

I had my phone stolen once at school.

I left it in a changin room before a GCSE Science exam (Like we were told to do with our bags, pencil cases, keys, ipods etc) and they said they'd lock the changing room up securely and make sure it's supervised.

Finished the exam, went back and my phone was missing...

It's a bummer. I had to buy a new one.

Anyway, I don't know how much longer your plan will be until it expires but if you renew your plan with Verizon you can get a free phone for 100$ or less. Or else they'll take 100$ off of any phone. I just recently went to the Verizon dealer to ask about that and that's what they told me.

Oh yea, also, you guys don't have locks on your lockers? At our school we did but in the locker rooms we didn't but they still made us bring our own locks for those lockers.

I have a 2 year plan that started this January. That was before the pizza hut ad where you could get a free chocolate with a two year plan. And yes we have locks on our lockers. Not built in the lockers though, it is also our own locks.

My locker was locked when I got jacked, and was locked when I came back. I heard from people that you could open the lock by kicking it down really hard. So thats how I got jacked, or it could be that whoever did it bent the shitty lockers that we have and took the phone then bent it back. We have really shitty lockers and everyone uses the same lock as it is the school's rules to use that specific lock.

If you bought insurance to go with your phone, all you would have to do is pay $50 to Verizon and they would mail you a new phone.

My gym teacher doesn't let us leave anytime something goes missing. He locks us in the locker room.

Sorry to hear that man, however, I am pleased to find out that doesnt only happena t my school. Its an every day thing here.
