Someone is using my website name and copy

I have a popular website in my country and a .net domain.
Someone decided to buy the same domain with a .com TLD and copy the HTML content of my website and use it to steal users passwords.

How I can act against a website? The violator website and domain name are both at GoDaddy.

Can't you contact Godaddy and tell them your problem?

AFAIK, DMCA is a U.S. law that allows U.S.-based users to take action against people who use copyrighted content of the former. Depending on your location, that might or might not work for you.

At the least, follow alien51's suggestion to contact Go Daddy about your issue.

Why didn't you get the .com when you register the .net?
