some time do over work will dramatically drop down the site rank what is that?? actually i work since the last three month to rank the site and only doing the ethical work but not any un ethical but still my site some time get down i don't know why there is any reason such over work and all

Same thing is heaping with me yesterday me three keywords was in rank (SERP 84, 74, 106) but today all are not in under 200. I don't know what happened to my site might be it is negative effect of link building.

I do agree with you, but it happened after posting 2 or 3 blogging with quality content. I am unable to understand whats going wrong.
