Getting back in the game

I run a small business and over the last year I have relied on sales from regulars and referals which is actually quite good in my opinion. It pays to keep customers happy.

Now reason why I slowed down on my SEO was because I had school and was getting too many orders, now I am out of school I want more orders.

Problem is I was a pagerank 3 before now im 0. Google hasnt crawled my site to display the new links and product descriptions as I have just changed shopping carts. Only been 2 weeks though.

What should I be doing to get google to recognize me again? I am expanding my business at this time and every sale counts.

Also another problem I have seen for some strange reason my website was submitted to link directories in the wrong categories I have not paid anyone to do submissions for a long long time ~2 years atleast and I never paid for the cheap submissions, Will this hurt me? Thinking maby competition as I use to rank #1 for my product keywords.

I use to do Forum spamming, well not the shit spamming you see idiots do, I would provide proper advise and work my keyword into that, forum mods didnt say a work, but now that is not a option for me.

As per my other post which keeps being revived I have added my links with keywords to my sigs.

What would be suggested? A blog as its free?

Is there a tool which can show me how google will show the page?

I think you must remove this: : AusXmods - Modify Your World from all your pages title because decrease without reason density of the keywords from title. You should find some blogs / forums with dofollow and the same niche: electronics, electricity etc.

You can post links in similar sites and you will have good backlinks / relevance / PR.

Found the code to remove it from every page but there was a line of code to show it only on the main page so I have done that. Can't find that damn colon though. *fixed*

So far im listed on page 4 for the main product im trying to promote, better than lost in the pile of sites.

Paid for a directory submission and bookmarking, changed a few things on the main product to be dense in the keyword I am aiming for. Hoping to be on page 1 within the month, but we'll see, its not majorly competative as I am only targeting Australia.

About the blog comment above how do you get a backlink from blogs? did you mean spamming the comment section on revelant blogs?

I think backlinks cannot hurt a site: outbound links are the ones that can hurt as we have control over them. But we cannot control who links to our sites.

I will not suggest blog commenting as I think these links do not help much. In most of the cases, we cannot use anchor text in these links: PR of each blog post is low: you can see the number of outbound links on each post: and content on posts are not always relevant.

You can consider submitting your site to top directories like Yahoo Dir. Try to get some links from trusted sites.
