Some High CPC keywords have terrible CTR

I have noticed last year that lets say data or memory recovery domains have a CTR almost 0. This year I have some high CPC keywords as: plumbers new york, car accident lawyer, accident lawyers, injury lawyers, casino, poker, roulette with daily traffic but 0 CTR. On the other hand drug and alcohol rehab names have fantastic CTR. Anybody knows what could be the reason?

This happens with me too ( in parking crew) have some domains relating to Lawyers and loans which get some traffic but 0 CTR. So i guess its the same throughout..

I guess, when you have Typos of generic domains about accident lawyers, 99% of them are resolving to specific law office, so the users are searching for that lawyer only. Not interested to explore a portal of links The same with new york plumbers, they search for specific plumber. I guess narrower the terms and keywords worse CTR rate.
