Some API scriping needed

Hi, I want some Bookdepository affiliate API scripting done. I have their API document to work off.
So basically I have a domain sitting around (sf-books.com) and I want to put it to good use. So what I would like is every 6 hours or so, automatically grab a new book from Bookdepository.co.uk to put on my site. (image, description, price etc), with minimal intervention by me. Would also be cool if a disqus noticeboard or similar could be added for a bit of user interaction.

Do you have a design or anything else made for the site? Or would the developer have to make the design as well?
