Because of this I was able to acquire about 470 domain names now, which includes 7 premium one-word .COM's and some are approved in Atom's ultra-premium marketplace with low to mid six figure valuation. To succeed in domaining, I believe one really needs a mix of strategy—and a good dose of luck.

On a related note, the new domain owner is using DAN nameservers, but the associated webserver immediately terminates any connection attempts. If you know who they are, perhaps you could suggest they adjust their settings so it functions properly again.

I think increasing the domain portfolio by following a few points is more important for regular selling...

》keyword match domain that has search volume (using Google search keyword)

》checking radio test

》memorable

》avoiding hyphens and double letters

There are more points (selecting domain topic, spelling, etc.) need to follow in domain investing...

she has 20k most sellable xyz names and probably aggressive outbound team.. so u have no chance in xyz.. nor do others.
minus few lucky exceptions .. in fact I think I got my 2nd best sale a day ago in 10year.. on my top xyz name.. might post when paid. I guess miracles happen.

other than thia.. wanted to say.. keep learning.. domains take years to learn.. and when u do it's not about luck anymore. there are just sellable vs non sellable names ...knowing difference without asking others for value is where we gotta get
