For a while now i have been working on a new social networking site. I feel i need some more features so i have came to ask what do you want.

What do you want thats different than any other networking site?

what type of social networking site is it? for what niche/genre of people? or is it open to everyone?

I personally would like to see a social networking site that verify's everyone's name/age/location/photo. So all frauds/creeps/stalkers/fakes will have to be "real".

Its hard to tell you what features I am gonna need as a user till you tell us a bit more about your niche site? Is it mlitary related? A Facebook-like? Is it general on niche? I understand, you don't want to tell us every bit of detail about your site idea till it goes live, however it is hard for me to come up with any features till I know more about it.

I'm not big on social networking but I would really like to see a place where I can map my location as a reference to my profile. But instead of boring old google maps, have it like pixels on a globe so when you hover over it, the picture becomes bigger. The bigger and more obvious the picture, the more I pay to advertise whatever I'm offering. It would be interesting to see what people have for sale in their profiles and would make for an easier transaction with people you prefer.
