Where can I see my domains when they are added in auction, please help!

I have listed 3 domains in Godaddy for sell, they were listed under pending list, and I had letter from Godaddy for 2 of domains verification. After 3 days, they all disappear, nothing are listed under selling/pending list. So I submitted a ticket to ask why, first reply from Godaddy said "Due to its complex nature, your issue has been relayed to our Advanced Technical Support Team", 10 hours later I had second reply from them says "I do not show the domain name as being successfully added to the auction".
I am new customer of Godaddy, I don't know where I should be able to see my domains after they have been added to auction? could anybody tell me, anyone out there is Godaddy account holder? when my domains in auction, how can I manage them, at least where to search them?

Godaddy has already told you "I do not show the domain name as being successfully added to the auction".

I don't know what that means, but if they tell you that, you sould try and add the domains again. If it seems like the domains were added to the system, or you get an email saying they were added, then contact Godaddy and provide them that information so they can check for you.

It may be that you did not add them correctly, but if that is true then they should have given you more information about what happened.

Try it again and pay close attention to any messages you get as thay may help to understand what is going on. Good Luck!

Thanks nielsencl, I eventually found all 3 domains I have listed are under View Domain Manage link, the y are all in the status of rejected. Then I emailed Godaddy to ask why in their email saying one of domains is added to the auction, what is happening exactly? later I had an email to notify the domain has been rejected is because of its WHOIS contact email address does not match my Godday account email. At least I know where to see the status of listed domains now.

You may ask why all my domain are rejected, for this, I am still waiting for UK2.net to sort the problem. I bought all 3 domains from UK2.net, two.com and one .biz, I do not know why my registered email addresses in WHOIS contact detail are "[email protected]" not my email address, Go daddy need to see a match email address. this is the trouble at moment.
